Never too late for success as long as you are here

I still am numb from the success of finding a publisher for my little booklet that helps some people get their first glimpse of New York City living. You can carry it around with you just about anywhere, like a Zagat booklet but cheaper. And, another thing that is sooo cool is that part of the proceeds go to help a student who wants to go to Pepperdine University, Malibu, Calif., who has only one parent and/or is a creative arts student.
